When is the website included?
The business website is included free when your monthly platform fee exceeds $5,000. Design, build, hosting, and domain registration are all covered — no separate fees. Enterprise Lite ($5,240/mo), Field Operations ($6,090/mo), and Industrial Enterprise ($7,440/mo) all qualify. Base Core ($3,140/mo) does not.
Are API costs included in the pricing?
No. Platform fees cover GamberoWeb's build, configuration, and monthly platform license. AI inference costs (what you pay OpenAI, Anthropic, or Azure per query) are billed directly by the provider through your BYOK key — they are not marked up or included in any tier.
What does BYOK actually mean?
Bring Your Own Key. You sign up directly with OpenAI or Anthropic — or your own Azure OpenAI instance — create an API key, and connect it to your platform. Azure endpoint routing is included in the base platform at no extra charge. Your data goes straight from your users to the AI provider — it never touches our servers.
How long does AI deployment take?
From a kickoff call to a deployed, branded AI interface: typically 1–2 weeks. The timeline depends on documentation volume and integration complexity.
Does the website require a separate contract?
No. The website is scoped and delivered as part of the same engagement as your AI platform. One kickoff, one relationship, one deliverable set.
